Nice!

Here in KY we had the driest Sept. and the most wet Oct. ever.

LOL

Just goes to show you that when you live close to a river anything can happen.

It's been raining here (Salt Lake City) for the last five days. Maybe six. It's fun as hell. When I say five days, I mean it really hasn't stopped--at all--for five days. It's freakin' WET! It's about 45 outside. That's 55 degrees to cold.

Screw rain. It rains every other day here in DE. I can't stand it, when the sun's out i'm a completely different person. I think i have that seasonal disorder due to lack of sunlight and the cold. Must be that caribbean blood in my veins. I plan to move out west like AZ or something.

It's GORGEOUS here today.

Drove the vert to work, it was 68 degrees and breezy.

Had to put the top up coming home (raining like hell).

Good news, the vert don't leak (w00t).

Bad news, I almost put it arse-first into a wall (unintended "drift" though a sweeping left-hander). Spooky.

Then I whine more. A lot more. The cold does bad, bad things to my body, and I get sick very very easily when its cold, so naturally, I don't like it. Now, 0-30 and snow while I'm in my car is different. Then it's a par-tay. Crank up the heater and grab the park-brake. We're goin' for a ride.

It's been raining here in Socal for the past few days. But since it hardly ever rains here, people panic and crash.

It can rain here for a week straight or more sometimes. And people still panic and crash. I remember when I was in high school, a friend of mine had just gotten a fairly new Accord. On the way to school, there was a 15+ car pileup (15+ because it was at 15 when he got caught in it...it kept going for about an hour after he left...kids are stupid). He stopped in time. The girl behind him did not.

Everyone goes about 35 on the freaking freeway if its raining around here. Its annoying as hell. I can easily do 75 safely in my front drive car. It doesn't slide a bit. I don't mean everyone should go 75 in the rain...hell no, we'd all die. But if you are going less than 65, get the hell out of the passing lane!!! Some dude was doing 45 in the passing lane there was no room for me to get over and pass him from the right and only morons cut people off in the rain, so I flashed the guy with my brights. He got over, I passed him, and then he got right back over. When he moved back over, he cut off another car and nearly caused a pileup. All the while this bastard is flipping me off!!! He just stayed in that lane, at 45, while car after car after car had to cross all four lanes of traffic to get past him and the 45 mph wall he was helping to form.

Socal drivers are the worst, and it only get worse when it rains. I remember my first winter down here, it rained for like a day and people flipped. Everything flooded and there were accidents everywhere. I would have expected that it had been a torential downpour for weeks, like we got back home in norcal

A good storm is awesome, but I get really lazy and depressed by about halfway through winter. I just need the sun, and there is NOTHING I hate more, than being cold.

I agree that absolutely nothing is worse than being cold. But for me, it's not the sun I miss...I love the dark...to an extent. But the sun makes warmth, so I do need the sun...Anyway...what was this thread about again? Oh, yeah...rain. I also get really lazy during the winter...mostly because the cold saps me of any and all energy...that's why the thermostat in my apartment remains cranked to the max (not nearly as warm as it sounds) all winter long...starting a few days ago. More heat means more energy, which means more comfortable and more happy. I love fire.

Meh I love winter and all the things that come along with it ie rain, snow, and the such. Since I live in Ireland it pretty much rains everday.
