Hey people, been a while since ive posted anything, infact i havent done anything to my car until today cos i couldnt find a garage nearby.Just to refresh im the guy who has the rusted uk s13, the hatch mainly, until tomorrow that is, i got it all prepped up today ready to put the new one on and also a new hood, happy days! I read through the tech pages to see how to change the hatch, it said its best to cut the wires to the wiper motor etc, but i managed to feed them out intact no problems and also theres no rust in the back under the spare tire, so im happy!.I took a few pics of the wires before i stripped them down so i know where everything goes again cos ill forget for sure. Thats about as far as ive got so far i havent had much time and as i said no garage for a few months, but im still enthusiastic and ready for the challenge of rebuilding the beast!

I do have a few questions tho, as usual, sorry guys...

My sills are a bit fooked(rusted), are they replaceable/welderble??and the rear fender drivers side???

Can i replace every suspension part? all new underneath is basically what im looking to do?? and where can i get these parts??

I plan on an engine rebuild to, can i get all the nuts bolts and everything looking like new under there? is this possible or are some parts just gonna have to be sourced and cleaned?

Thanks for any help and time reading this i appreciate it, cheers.

The sills and fender will have to be cut out of a donor vehicle and welded in.

The suspension parts can be had from the dealer, or from a variety of aftermarket manufacturers. It depends if you want to repair it stock, or modify it.

The engine stuff can be had new, and everything else under the hood for that matter. Be prepared to fork over a good bit of money if you want to re-do everything though.
