NO, it never did... why are going for smog? im going to have to go a place where my friend went to do his, apparently they dont care about your intake or exhaust setups, just so long as you pass... its not illegal smog...

Technically it's still an illegal smog or else you'd be going to someone else for the same thing.

I don't think any of the intake systems for our cars are carb legal. I know the AEM was pending legalization but i don't know if it ever was approved. The intake is simple to swap out for the stock unit. Just do that, smog it, and swap them back.

Not really, I use to attend them, but not anymore. I grew out of the phase and don't have time for meets anymore. Also most of the time they're around the LA to OC area and I live in the Palm Springs area.
