I'd had my last question about itbs, if I'm using a plenum and TPS(750) from the ITBS/ 300zx MAF can't I just use a EMS like safcII or emanage?

You can use either of those if you are using a MAF setup.

i have safc II, haven't used it just collecting dust. But doesn't that need both TPS and MAF to run. If so would the TPS for suzuki(ITBS) and maf from nissan work? I guess does the TPS from the ITS work or does it have to be modify to work.

hmmm. safcII is universal, right, so it would be able to read the TPS from the ITBS.. .also TPS are universal to just are modify to fit there application but the electronics or system is universal. right

Most TPS read in .05v to .5v. The SAFCII is univerals and can most likely be used. Although with a nice setup like that, why go with a SAFC?

Home project, with my car coming out of the storage building and coming home I have more time. So I wanted to do something wild. Plus its cheap I have everything except coupler with wires in them and clamps.

Dig it. If the Suzuki uses a 5v ref TPS, then you can use emanage to tune it. But it may be a long road if resolution is not similar.

OR......you can just modify your stock TPS to fit onto the ITB setup, which is what i plan to do. i have an article somewhere that explains it. I will look tonite and hopefully post it tomorrow. i believe doing it this way also makes it so you can use your stock computer. i will know more when i find the article; if i find the article!
