ITBs are used on both applications. You just have to have a collector on a boosted application. The RB26 and Blue Bird SR both have ITBs.

yes, they would not give you the same sound or looks as the ITB's you're used to seeing... well, mainly because you wouldn't SEE them and the sound would be muffled through the turbo's/IC's first

It's not really a 240 thread, so what are you screaming about?

YES IT IS!

People in Gen Chat don't ask questions like this, look at the OPs avatar and his or her grammar...

If that doesn't scream NICO's 240 section then you are one of the lucky ones who don't know about it.

Yeah but the question is not related to a 240.

It's just a question. Not even a stupid one. Just an Ignorant one.

Yeah really.. Plus no one in the 240 gen has time or knowledge to even try a setup like this.

a boosted ITB setup requires some sort of collector or plenum... i.e. a Bluebird SR20det from a Pulsar GTiR

Once you put a collector of some sort doesn't that take away from the ITB's performance #s?

Not much. But even if you make the collector equal length, cylinder #4 is always going to make less than all others just because of how things are.

not much...especially being that you are boosting the setup, literally no performance losses would be realized
