What does your dealer performed service history say?

Try a search also, especially in Infiniti Online Mechanic Forum.

I repeat, what does your dealer performed service history say? That is cut and dried. Either it has been done or it has not. If you read the TSB, youcan look at your pedal and tell also.

I'm convinced. I'm off to the dealer!

Did you have both the gas pedal fix and the software upgrade done?

Paul C,

Dealer changed the pedal and software upgrade done. Mine is still under warranty and was done at no charge. Also look into the http://www.infinitihelp.com for recalls, technical service bulletins and this site for same info.

Good luck.Q45man1

Paul,

yes I had them do both, the pedal was fairy inexpensive about $130 or so,

my software update however required the TCM to be replaced with a newer version of the unit. The dealer didn't think I should do it and that it wouldn't make a difference, but I insisted on it and have not regretted it since.
