I been reading all day on this update for the 2002 q45. It sounds like it is hard as hell to try and find a dealer who actually knows about this update . I live in Riverside CA anybody have any information on cost , where to get it and if this update makes any difference in the performance of the car?

Surely Riverside Infiniti has a Senior Tehcnician that has performed this upgrade.
