Well, tomorrow is the one-year anniversary of my purchasing my 95Q45t.

Since then, I've driven her 13,025 miles. I've done 5 oil changes, four cans of BG44K, one engine flush, new fuel filter, new air filter, new trans filter, new front brake pads, a full plenum/intake/fuel rail/throttlebody/injector cleaning, 2 new injectors, 2 new knock sensors, both VC gaskets, front TC cover seal, new t-stat, new radiator hoses, flushed the coolant, flushed trans and rear diff (Mobil 1), flushed ABS (Synpower), new underplenum hoses, new NGK's, changed 2 tension rods, added a trans cooler, new 99Q chromed rims, and new Yoko 245/50/16 96V's.

All of the "mechanical repairs" were under warranty, which have totalled over $4600. I've dropped ONLY $550 on routine maintenance (thanks, good mechanic buddy!) including my warranty deductibles and another $800 on wheels/tires.

Thanks to EVERYONE here at NICO for making the first year such a joy. Looking forward to another year of fun.

Congrats! Warantees sure are sweet. I bought my Q back in 96 and boy did the warentee pay off. Sure can get painful now that it's gone. Keep on top of those fuel injectors, window regulators and upper links (front suspension).

Yep - The window regulator was bad (I've never noticed, seems to work fine for me) and was the only thing not done under warranty.

I'm getting some noises (low roar, and a "thumping" sound) from the fuel pump, so that's the next rip to the dealer. I'll have the upper links checked while I'm there.

Gotta keep food on the techs' tables!:D

Yep - I was a Yahoo member. You gotta remember the "new NICO" has only been around since April of 2002.

Actually, I was on the REALLY OLD NICO (before Yahoo).
