sorry to hear bro. what you should do is go to circuit city and apply for a membership and you can get like $2000 on a credit card to pay off like $100 monthly. my friend just did it and got an entire system installed in his truck no hassle. unless you feel like paying up front. i think tweeter does the same as well. they also have JL audio, which is pimp.

Bastard church-goers. LOL. Sorry to hear it. At my old church, this priest told a story about how he got cut off on the highway and the person flipped him off. Then he noticed they had one of the license plate frames the church used to sell to parishoners. I bet someone in the crowd felt like a real douche that day. LOL.

EDIT: And you have a sweet car too! Sucks.

Yeah, I guess I'll have to make-do by replacing the mirror at some glass shop.

Another thread pirated!

Edit: I have one less post than you.

Sorry to hear about your stereo man, that really sucks. I was a victum of theft back in Feburary, they broke into my garage, smashed in my driver side window and ripped my head unit, amp, rear speakers, and my CD case out of the car. They also stole sh*t out of my garage. I was so F****** pissed. But thank god for insurance! Best of luck to you.

I need to go shopping :-( Same thing happened to me this year feb. To top things off, the spca decided my girl's cat was "sick" and put it to sleep in less than a weeks time (it was outside, and somebody called animal control). So we're inside, she's crying. She decides to go home, walk out to my car, notice my driver's door is ajar. Didnt think much of it, stick the key in the ignition, notice something is off, entire panel had been pried off. $500 JVC touch screen head unit gone. $300 radar dector, gone. Priceless - midterms in bookbag gone.. (how did they get my midterms? the fuhckers took the bag and im guessing put the goods in it. left me my $80 TI-83+........... Also had 2 160gig hard drives in the trunk (had just gone shopping)............

So yea i feel your burn. Though those subs and amps do total up nicely. Right now i am using an old head unit (that my friend actually stole back in 02). He had it laying around. Damn cycle.

If you want revenge, go to you local home depot or somewhere with a big parking lot, watch for vans circle-ing offering people stero equipment...

Same here. I just didnt post about it.

About 1 month ago, someone shattered my driver's side window. Stole the WHOLE radio + DIN pocket combo. Stripped the 2 screw holes, and broke off the 2 plastic pieces. They also semi-messed up the radio trim fasteners. They cut themselves very bad though. I had to put some gloves on and clean the blood out.

What sucks is that I had to use $50 of my birthday money to replace the window. I got the window fixed in about 2 hours after it happened though. What also sucks, is that I didnt, and still dont have the money to buy another cd player + alarm. Go figure.

Thats all they took though.

That sucks...I hate people that steal ****...this just shows that you would save money if you left your doors unlocked...seriously think about it.. broken window AND missind CD player..or other things...or unlocked door and window stays intact...locks are only to keep honest people out. I always lock mine though. I have a pretty good stereo...Pioneer CD/MP3 player and 1 10" in the trunk..the pioneer is the only thing visible and I take the face off when I go inside somewhere like a mall or if my car is going to be alone for more than about an hour.

if you didn't have an alarm, this is the perfect reason to buy an alarm FIRST. (preferably the best one you can afford)

and heavy1metal, what goes around comes around. maybe if you had kicked your friend's *** beforehand, it would have given you better karma.

Someone busted out my window in my Eclipse and didn't steel a damn thing. Had the limo tint 240sx with the audio set up in it parked next to it and they didn't touch it. Now, I park it by my bedroom window. I can get a shot off pretty fast if I have to. Just gotta remember to throw them through the window "INTO" the house.

No respect for thieves!

Hey, this is true. Honest to God. We were cruising in my friends Camaro. (back in '94, I'm getting old). Anyway, it started sputtering. he pulled into a church parking lot and started cussing at it. I told him to watch it. His reply was "I don't give a f**k!". His blcok cracked right then and there. Bye-bye engine. (He went through 2 more within the year.

I think it's just those of us with pre-93 S13s. I have to do it on my 91, but my friend never did on his 93.
