After looking at the 8 step and with CarlH's wire up I got it running. Bumped it a few times to get oil going around the motor the hooked up the ignitor and bam! fire. Lifters didn't tick at all motor seems to idle right? Tach isn't hooked up yet. I messed up with the wiring tho, I cliped the wires off the male end of the plugs lol. It didn't hit me till I was done that I messed up. I haven't installed the LSD yet or the FMIC. I might just put the stocker on so I can move it to the new house. Long story short I have gotten over the hill. . . . I hope lol. Ohh I ordered a SC61.... need more money and time.

way to go , yellow!

Curious, you fired it up without hooking up the intercooler? Is that okay and can you drive with the intercooler off? Basically just like NA, boost is wasted and the intake manifold is sucking air (filtered of course). Just wondering if I will be able to drive to a local shop for intercooler piping job.

Had the Maf at the Throttle body. It won't idle right cause the idle air is wide open. A hole needs to be cut in the fender for the stock intercooler pipes but thats no big deal.

I don't have a camera but my friend dose. I'll get him over here soon and take some pics after I clean it up.

Ohh yeah Raidiator hose? The lower one. My motor set didn't come with it and my 89 KA hose is too small to fit over it. What did you guys use? is the DOHC's bigger?

Don't know if it's the same but I'm going to use a lower rad hose from autozone # 190 , 61252, 14-1634-4, sn#0 37256 00190 1.

I got it from the sticky up top, to use for an RB25. I really don't know though since I don't have it installed yet.
