well i started and ran the car today for about 20 mins. it started on the like the seventh shot. i is pretty smooth. the alt is not charging, but i have the gauge cluster torn out of it right now so that is why it is not charging. But tommorrow moring i will wire up the r32 cluster, i can't wait! then all i have to do is cut the inside of the hood and move the battery to the trunk and i am set and ready to go. By then my summit order will be in with my gauges!! I will post pics when i am up at my parents this weekend. BTW the car is a 91 black LE fastback. and i have PS i had to make my own line but it was not a big deal.

the little lite in the cluster completes the charging path if that lite is out then the car won't charge.

THATS NOT ALWAYS TRUE THOUGH, IT DEPENDS ON THE CAR. MY CAR DIDN'T HAVE THE CLUSTER HOOKED UP AND IT WAS CHARGING AND I HAVE A 89. SOME CARS HAVE DIRECT CIRCUIT AND SOME HAVE A TRAVEL PATH.
