Got my rb20det fired up today! First thing I did was run down to the gas station and fill up with premium throwing in a bottle of octane boost and a bottle of fuel injector cleaner.

Turbo elbow doesnt clear the steering column, so I ran without that. Sounded like a beat up 78 v8 chevy truck.

Now if I could just get my intercooler hooked up...

Ill post pics, vid later.

How loud is it without any exhaust? I'm running just the turbo elbow until I get off my lazy *** and fab some pipe... Just wondering if it is way too loud to even drive around town (at low rpm's).

I drove my ka-t truck with open down pipe, it sounded wicked Its prety funny when your driving down the road and the car in front of you keeps going off the road cuz thay cant stop looking at you in there rear view.
