update: some of you may not remember but about 4 months ago i started an engine swap. i've been working on it about once a week for the past few weeks and now it runs. w00t!

anyway the car idles at about 1700 so i'll try adjusting that tommorow.

would like to ask for your guy's input though.the car idles at about 1700 once warm, while driving and coming to a stop the idle will just to about 2200 then fall to 1000 and repeat before it setttles to 1700 grand. anyone think the timing may be off? or maybe jsut the vac systme is dirty and needs to be cleaned?

if the timing is off you'll feel some misfiring/hesitation. are you having any other problems? try cleaning your iacv and tb and dont forget about them vac leaks

if your idle is fluctuating rapidly up and down, check your o2 sensor, it may be malfunctioning.

I know that if EGR valve connections arent plugged properly it makes for vac leaks which might cause that.
