yeah, i was thinking about it, and i would rather have an external adjustment of my speedo rather than making adjustments to the cluster. also, that converter would be able to handle ANY adjustment made, weither its a mph/kph change, rear diff, tire size ect ect... its adjustable from 99:1 to 1/99:1 in 01/01 steps.

since the skyline uses the speed sensor signal to determine speed cut, if i integrate the skyline cluster, ill get the proper 8000 rpm redline, a 180 MPH speedo, and the speed cut moved to 180 mph.

still having the speed cut somewhere is a good thing for me because i know im gonna put all this time and effort into the swap, then one day im gonna get super pissed about something, and head to the nice 5 mile straight on I684 and blow my 26 and kill myself trying to touch 200 mph.

I found a way to adjust the KA's tach to get close to correct. I didn't have much time but it was correct from 0-4000 RPM, I was doing some work on it, so I didn't rev past that. If I get a chance I will try and post some pics, but basically with the cluster hooked up and the plate taken off the front, you can peel back the gauge face and use a screw driver to turn the adjustment clock wise until it doesn't go any further. That is how I got it to read correctly. Too bad the adjuster for the speedo will only gain you about 10mph adjustment. My speedo is still a good 40-50 mph off. I have been looking for a 300Z cluster to try and get a speedo from it to try out. so far no luck

Good news, I dug through all the hoses at Autozone and found a lower radiator hose that fit. From my earlier post, I could not get the stock hose on, and I still don't know anyone else was able to do it. I drove it yesterday for a while and man this thing is awsome. It would easily give my RX-7 TII a run for the money(I run 10 psi on my TII). I will see if I can take a few pics today. I don't have a way to make video, but I assure you it runs and runs well.

Well?! What the heck hose is it?! Help us out here!

I don't know if this will help, but here are all the numbers from the Lower radiator hose that I got for the RB25DET to the s13 240.I got it at autozone( you still have to trim it a little):19014-1634-461252037256001901

one of them has to be the part number.
