Big thanks go out to Sean for letting me borrow his stuff, and also to everyone who helped me out.

I finally got to pick up the spare ECU Sean is letting me borrow and once I threw it in the car started up with some hesitation. After keeping the throttle held down for a while I let it settle down to idle. The car idled very ruffly for a long period and then I test drove it a bit and it blew out some smoke when I got on it slightly. After leaving it on for a while longer the idle seems to be coming back to normal, but the voltage is still hanging a little low, and the car falters a bit when reved up then you let off the throttle and let it go back down to idle, but it recovers.

In diagnostic mode 3 I am getting a error code 34, which is the detonation sensor. Does anyone know if I can pick this part up off a CA18DE? Also the one bit of bad news is since my ECU is fried, my chip most likely is also, so I will be needing another one.

If anyone has a spare ECU or two to sell let me know so I can get Sean his back ASAP, also if anyone knows where I can get another chip burned (preferably based somewhat on my mods, fuel cut removal, speed limiter removal, 550cc injectors, Z32 MAFS) I would appreciate that also.

Why don't you just takes Sean's spare ECU. I was gonna buy it off him, but if you need it to get running again buy the spare one that he has hehe.

have you looked into EPROM tuning, and just tune it yourself? you can get the tuning program and base CA18DET maps for free online,

I have been watching the voltage readout on my HKS turbo timer and it stays at a constant 13.30 - 14 volts thruought the rpm range.
