Just a reminder, We are quickly entering into snow tire season again. As you may or may not know, snow tires are only made for a short time. Once we run out of stock that is it, there will be no more until next year. Weather or not you are planning to get snow tires from The Tire Rack, or your local tire shop get them now before they are all gone and you are stuck out in the cold. (literally)

Just my 2 cents for the day.

Just picked the car up so not quite sure but I think it's a 205/55/15.

What type of car is it? I can look it up and get your tire size, then I will get you a snow tire selection.

It's an 87 Mazda 626 Turbo, don't go through too much trouble -- I'll need a couple more paychecks before it's tire time.

Well, in the 205 size all you have is crapola (yes that is a technical term) for snow tires. I would suggest you down size to a 195/60-15 for better winter performance, and a better selection in tires. If you want the best heavy winter snow and ice traction get the Bridgestone Revo 1 $77.00 each. If you want better dry and wet winter performance with good snow and ice traction, get the Michelin Pilot Alpin PA2 $99.00 each.
