Well, the car died on me and I'm trying to figure out what it is. It cranks pretty strong, but I can't get any spark when I pull the plugs and crank at the same time. I pulled the plug for the coil, and provided some ground w/a bolt, and there's a diminute spark going. So my question is, is it possible that the battery has enough juice for the starter but not for the coil? This seems unlikely, and I'm thinking it may be the coil itself. Any suggestions? I also narrowed it to fuel, but how can I check this? The pump is just too quiet! and well, I can't hear the inyectors click w/the engine cranking...

check the primary and secondary resistance on the coil to see if it works. take off the fuel pressure line and see if gas sprays out when the key is in the on position to see if the pump is working.
