It burns!

Well, after a drive in teh rain, i come home, and sniff sniff, smoke! All the smoke was coming from the tailpipe. My mom thinks the muffler is going but i dought it. The smoke was a purple color. Why?

Are you using Royal Purple or Water Wetter mixed in with the coolant?

nope. Nissan fluids. it stopped now. Idk, it might have to do with my fog lights. My fog lights are high power, and when i turn them on, the idle noise changes, to a softer pitch. Is it my intake? I have one of those cone filters.

Yes lol. No I meant, maybe the fog lights are drawing to much power from the alternator, and its not compensating with the work of the engine.

What does your exhaust smell like? Can you detect a coolant smell or any other chemicals-you haven't recently added and additives to your crankcase like Stop Leak, Wynn's engine tune-up, slick50, etc or any type of off additive to your gas tank like NOS octane boost, fuel injector cleaner, etc?

Smells like smoke out of a house fire kinda smell. Charkely. Its gone now, but no, I havent messed with the liquids. The only thing I have added is supreme gas

Might have been some carbon burning off the Valves and such if you red lined it a few times.
