Issues with Memory settings on my 07 M35X Infinity

Hoping someone can hlep me out with this;

I have a 2007 M35X Infinity and the issues I am having is with the comfort convenience group. What is hapening is when I first start my car the seat and steering wheel is suppose to go to the setting I have them set at. Problem is the seat and sterring wheel will move intermittantly sometimes the steering wheel will go to the set position and the seat wont then vice versa seat moves sterrign wheel doesnt. I have tried reset the settings on the memory settings turn the feature on and off on the centre setting panel. And now I am having another issue when I unlock the doors the passenger mirror moves without even starting the car. Could this be the MEMORY CONTROL MODULE that controls all these features?
