issue with side steps, vibration

Some time ago noticed vibrations. I realised if I kicked the side step I could feel the same vibrations so I removed both steps. No more vibration....

I wish to replace the steps, bit not the vibration, looking for suggestions

theres actually nothing wrong with them, not one bit of rust anywhere, all strait, all bolts are there. The other thread is about locating replacements due to rust, different issue
