Issue with acceleration to deceleration w/o me decelerating

Never seen or had this issue before. Just got done replacing an intake gasket and replacing water hoses.
Havnt done a boost leak test yet. I will obviously. However,
Let's say I'm in 1st gear and my gas pedal is at a fixed 35% position. The car accelerates but then it decelerates all of a sudden. Does it through all gears. Almost like fuel starvation, but I don't think its that. Any ideas guys and gals? Thanks

Just like you mentioned, test for leaks. How does it behave at idle?

It's perfect at idle. Couldnt get the exact parts needed for my boost leak tester at my local lowes, home depot, or hardware store. So I'm going to just order one online. Know any descent ones you would order if you had to?

Only place I know of that sells one is Z1 Motorsports.. Not sure of the quality
