Alright, here it is. I just put on my apex power intake. However, it says service engine soon (btw I have a 97' s14). Any ideas? I know I have that one magic MAF sensor wire with the extra sensor on the end but I have no idea if thats it or if so, what it has to do with anything...please help.

Did you plug all your connections back in?

Including, MAF, vaccum lines etc

Yes, but the air temp connection apparently goes nowhere now....for the life of me I can't find a hole anywhere. I have the intake connected to the stock intake itself (the power intake is more like a big filter). I'm just at a loss as of now.

most intakes won't have a hole for the air temp sensor, find another place for it.
