So I picked up a new toy....89 s13 coupe. Pics to be thrown later.

Problem starts- It boggs horribly under load at around 2k and sometimes at 3k. I've replaced the MAF with another one obtained by a friend, and the TPS. I also have checked each cylinder while the car was started, by pulling the plug wire from each cylinder one at a time. After pulling each one, it runs a BUNCH worse, so its firing just fine on each cylinder. It also SEEMS to get better at idle when I play with another sensor inbetween the throttle body and the valve cover(not sure which sensor this is....maybe coolant temp sensor?).

Any ideas?

Bump. It also has trouble cold starting...it will start up then shut right off without letting me give it fuel. If you hit the MAF sensor while attempting to crank it, it will start up though. Maybe a bad MAF from my friend?
