turbo spools but i get no pull, also around 4k-5k RPM the car limits me from going any higher(neutral i can rev it up all the way but i choose not to). i check for leak but i have no leakage any where. i am using a bluebird ecu with the stock SE-R MAFS i was wondering if that was the problem. i am pretty sure i got the fuel system pretty good down, 370cc injectors w/ Warbro fuel pump FPR/gauge(set at 40lb idle). if that mafs is the issue i guess i am just going to buy a tune ecu

Where in your setup is your MAF? Have you put a wideband O2 on it to see how your A/F ratio looks?

What ECU setup are you using? Any piggyback computer?

Please resize your sig to follow guidelines as well.

what is the boost pressure getting up too under load. the wastegate maybe stuck open. didn' t u have an issue with the bov being stuck open in another post? if that is the case the car isn't going to build boost properly, ever. maybe you should keep all you turbo related issues to one post so we can keep up.

MAFS is next to battery and under the intercooler pipe. currently using a bluebird ECU. also haven't bought wideband or a piggyback computer

I meant is your MAF before or after the turbo, sounds like before, so that's not it.

Like RED said, what is your boost gauge reading? Is this with the BOV still stuck open?

I wouldn't be pushing it til everything is installed, personally. It could be as minor as a boost leak or the BOV being stuck open, but if you're hitting full boost it could be a fuel issue, which would mean possible detonation and such.

nah, just stock 8 lbs. but everything is pretty much done. just need boost gauge, and air fuel ratio gauge. (boost gauge is on other post)

8lbs isn't much, but if your ECU isn't adjusting like it should be you can still be doing damage. Given your symptom of not being able to get into the higher RPM range, it's entirely possible it's a fuel issue. That's why I brought that up.

You're using a JDM BB ECU? We've come into problems using those which is why on my B14 i just sucked it up and had it my SE-R one re-tuned.

Do you have an upgraded fuel pump (walbro)? That ecu should run the car perfectly fine, but there is an occasion where they don't. I couldn't get my stock blue ecu to work properly. It wouldn't idle properly or rev and when I turned the car off it would still run and no there wasn't a turbo timer hooked up. You may need to get an ecu from calum.

yes, i do have a warbo fuelpump., injectors are 370cc. and when i do turn on the car, it does idle like crap. when i take the car to higher rpm, feels like fuel cut off? something has to be uberly wrong. i was going to get it tune by E-MANCE but a couple of my friends go there ECU tune by him and blew there motors, they say he not that great but IDK

These are similar to the problems I have encountered trying to use the stock ECU, but it's happened a total of 3 out of 4 times (not including this current build since I went JWT)

Get a Calum or JWT ECU and fix your BOV issues before you blow something up.

Can you find any hole to go through? I found one on the passenger side more or less behind the glove box, but it wouldn't surprise me if that was a B15-only thing.

The problem isn't so much drilling itself as where. You'd have to figure out a spot that's going to come through where you can actually use it.
