Got my winter project in the garage and since I have the whole rear K member out, the fuel tank is coming out for inspection.

Anyone have experience with the above mentioned fuel pump, as this application is for a basic stock RB20DET?

You don't have to remove the fuel tank to replace the pump, but to answer your question, no. I've never used that pump.
I've had good success with both Walbro and Deatschwerks pumps.

Everything ISIS/ISR is chinese produced. Questionable quality.

Regardless of how much power you're making, fuel system is not something I'm comfortable with going the cheaper route on.

Thanx for the origin of manufacturer much appreciated.
Since my car has the RB20DET, I figured a slightly bigger pump over stock will be necessary.
Eventually the injectors will get replaced and some day a slightly larger turbo.

I'm just looking to get ~300 hp out of it, just to make it fun.

After reading about many aftermarket pumps requiring you to keep them submersed (ie, only letting your tank get half empty before refueling) I decided that factory OEM was the way to go. I wonder if that AEM unit has such requirements. Can you fit an OEM RB20DET pump into your fuel tank?

Where'd you read that? I've had a Walboro for well over 5 years. Track and street use. Never had a problem with it at any fuel level.

Walbro and Deatschwerks have both been great for me at any fuel level.

Okay, I don't want to relay bad data. I've read it in a few places, in reviews and iirc in some of the descriptions for selling. Here's a few quotes:

"I've gone through four of these things...Two of the fuel pumps went bad because of fuel starvation issues (low gas in fuel tank)..." - FRSport customer review

"i run the 255 walbro on my crx and i have just burnt out my second one. i notice when i have less then a 1/4 tank of gas or make sudden stops the fuel pump wines louder..." - Honda Tech

"You didnt burn it out, its a high pressure fuel pump, and it requires having more then half a tank of gas in the car at any point in time in order to work properly. " - Honda Tech

"**We recommend keeping your fuel tank at least half full to ensure long fuel pump life. The gasoline in the fuel tank acts as an insulator, keeping pump temperature down.**" FRSport product description

I wanted one and at the time was reading a lot of these bad sorts of reviews, the positive reviews I found were all short term, so I only have my research to share, no experience, because I chickened out. Sorry.
