Isolated a rattle

How the hell do I get rid of it? In the hatch, the windshield wiper. Any ideas on how to stop that thing from rattling like mad without removing the wiper and the mechanisms with it? Covering that area with sound dampening material doesn't stop that little bastid completely from rattling, but did help a very little I think.

Tighten the bolt that holds the wiper arm down. Don't do it too tight though otherwise it won't move.
