Im pretty sure this guy is on vrt and im pretty sure that picture had a copyright no? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ories They used him as an add for sportmax.Unless he gave him permission, but this is a "just in case" if the owner of that picture didnt know.

When you break it dow, these types of companies blatently steal designs of wheels/body kits/etc. ... so it's really no surprise they just take other people's photos without permission and use them to make money.

Its a shame, even considering his car has wheels that cost about the same each as the xxr's come in 4's. If i had an "add worthy" car id be pretty d*mn pissed if they took it with no permission. Especially if they used it for a cheap set of wheels. Is there anything he can do about this?
