Thanks. They're not worth it at regular price ($800) - get an AGX combo or something unless you can find a deal on them. I only got them because I found them for $500 shipped.

Finally, decent pics of the car after Nismo S-Tune suspension install and door pillar removal.

Real clean Ish...get a boot and it'll look even better. I need to get one myself...

BTW you should take some more pics of your vert...these ones came out really nice. Hook us up with some wallpaper material.

Thanks man. I'm not interested in a boot right now, I need the trunk space until I find a nice NX2000 for our second car. After that, I'll think about it.

I took a bunch of pics in the Blue Ridge Mountains yesterday (weather was perfect! had to take the vert out), but they didn't come out. The sun on the wrong side of Skyline Drive.

I know, you better get that vert finished before you need to bust out the studded tires!

Antenna is the Shark Attack II; bought it from Lo Custom's online store. Reception is crappy with the stock head unit, fine with a Pioneer.

Nope, I smoked them with small pieces of window tint and a hair dryer. They are just stock markers from a junkyard.

Next up: 94_240sx-recommended all-black interior (including dash if I can find a cheap one), Q45 front brake install, blacked-out spoiler and 3rd brake light, a whole bunch of boring steering and drivetrain maintenance stuff.

All while I try to locate a white NX2000 grocery getter/track whore.

This used to be a pretty crappy tan leather interior. Yes, I know the stripe on the dash is rice. It was a lame attempt at covering several large cracks until I find a good dash or get a Coverlay cover:

Those seats come stock in a vert???????

Loving the color scheme interior and exterior. Nice drop. The antenna suits it well. IT alone adds 10hp

No, the verts come with either "meh" SE leather seats or poorly-designed tweed seats. I got the seats in that pic from someone who wrecked his pignose.

Finally 95% done with the interior.

Here's what it looked like when I got the car:

Did the seat belt mod:

Pignose seats and door panels, recovered the back seat and 1/4 panels in black marine vinyl:

Carpet out of a pignose, replaced dash, wired dash for hidden GPS antenna, installed new Pioneer tape deck, 6.5" 3-way speakers all around, Italvolanti Imola RS steering wheel, NRG Gen 2.5 quick release and short hub, recovered glove box, polished scratches out of instrument cluster plastic, replaced power window switch surrounds:

Next up : fixing the A/C.

They were cracked, ugly, uncomfortable, and weighed about twice as much as my pignose seats. I threw them in the dumpster with a big grin on my face.

I love it!! It's getting much much better. You and I have to get 5 speed conversion done sooner or later.

Thanks.

About the tape deck:-I live in a "transitional" neighborhood and don't want any of the local druggies or hoodlums getting any ideas. -I only listen to MP3s (through a tape adapter), not CDs.-I'm frugal. The brand new deck was only $20 on Ebay.

5 speed swap eventually. Already have the B&M v.2 short shifter waiting, just need to yank the 5sp parts out of a junkyard and decide if I'm going to do it myself or have Powerzamcam do it.
