Is UnlimitedTuning still "Alive" ?

I'm looking for a Carbon Fiber "Z" Tube and they seem to be the only ones selling it. I sent 2 messages, 1 e-mail and 1 from their site"unlimitedtuning.com" but got no answers...

I decided to call the phone number and got a recording "The subscriber is not taking any calls at the moment"

WTF? Are they out of business?
