Exactly! The BG44K will help clean 02 sensors but, cats do their job by collecting the pollutants from the O2 sensor cleaning. That's why if you purchase vehicle used you always recommend having fuel, trans, coolant, motor, and rear differential systems flushed because you might think you know the cars history but, you don't! That's why you should stick with the 3 month or 3000 mile additive schedule. If you purchase your vehicle new and stick with your pre-set plan you will save on costly repair cost in the long run! When you buy your vehicle used flush and replace fluids with good quality fluids and additives immediately: Dealers most always use Castrol products. 5w-30 oil Dext-III Trans./ Matic D 80w-90 diff. fluid If you start pumping a lot of off brands in your used vehicle they may damage certain components! Valvoline, Lucas, Mobil 1, Lube guard, are a few that people have had very good results with.
