The classified says

"I have a 91 240SX KA24DE 5spd. The car runs very stong but has some suspension and body damage. I have all of the parts to fix this car with the exception of the driver's side front fender. I have a rear sunbrame with all the suspension, front control arm, hub and strut assembly. I have clean titles for the car. Sold as is $800 I will repair all of the suspension and to put the car in drivable condition $1000. A good mechanic/body man could have a nice car for under 1200 with some work."

thats some nasty quarter damage.

i got mine for around 2200 bucks, fully loaded 91' LE..perfect leather interior, small ding here, scratch there and 130k miles

i dunno how much that body work is going to cost..im thinking quite a bit, but if your going replace suspension..maybe throw on some better parts..you'll love it.

but deffinently check for a tweaked body, buckled panels and such, not to mention those strut towers for rust, get under neath and check for rust in the wheel wells and rockersif its a clean car maybe talk him down another 100 bucks or so. motor looks kept up really well. +1

and did he relocate the battery or somthing, i see a fuse for a system but no battery

Depends on suspension damage.
