Hi all,

This is my first post. I came across a 1994 Nissan 240SX (Limited Edition) and was thinking about buying it. The vehicle is white with a black convertible top. I would say the vehicle is in fair condition for its age. The was no body rust but the interior is showing signs of age. The convertible works intermittently and the rear window needs to be replaced and possibly the roof later on. The car has 202000 miles on it and the title is clear. The owner is asking $1000.00 to purchase it. Do you thinks this car is worth the investment?

depends on what your plans for the car are. do you want a daily driver or a track car or some drifter you want to beat up all the time? convertibles are a pain in the a**, the tops and mechanisms are a pain in the a** but if teyre your thing, itll be worth the trouble. if not youll get tired of it quick especially during cold weather.
and ka's run a long time but at 200,000+ you really have to start thinking about replacing the motor or swapping, just be realistic about the vehicle while thinking long term. 240's if you are new to them have a crap load of issues, bushings, switches, wiring, crappy seats, rust in seams where you dont notice then all of a sudden you have a big hole outta nowhere like wtf?! haha.
just think about it, if its worth it to you do it because 1000 bucks isnt high at all for a running 240 with a good body.
