Im looking for a complete set of s13 mud flaps. I got an offer on craigslist of 75 in mint condition. IMO thats kinda steep. Your opinion?

I wouldn't pay $80 for oem "mud flaps".

Unless they are shipped overnight parts from japan.

well if there arent many of them in your area available and these are really that mint, and you REALLY want them.... get them

and really how much would you save? $20-$30??

and you could also go and see them, and just negotiate...

Well, it's only $80.

If you can't justify the cost, why even bother. They really don't add that much cosmetically to an S13/S14.
