If it's that close why does it matter? How much does the seller want for it? It's most likely a replica.

I personally think almost any wing on a 240sx is ugly especially the type x. Less is more imo.

its fake you can tell by the bottom if its real you should be able to see the metal bracket and the bolt holding it

ask the seller if its urethane or fiberglass. if its urethane its prob real, but im not sure. ive seen some nice c/f replicas out there.

Was that a crack in it? I dunno if its real or fake but ehh its not my style, its too over the top. The only wing / spoiler I like is the GP sports one because its subtle.

i dont think its a crack when he got it he said he just spray painted it and now its chipping off. i asked him what it was made of but no response yet

Hmmm I had to read it again. Some said it was ugly, some said it looks good, others said it looked good when matched with other type x aero. But no one said it was rice. OEM can make ugly too, its just matter of opinion.

hahaha, the type x wing looks good if your running aero. it looks like **** when its on a stock bodied 240. how can oem look bad? heresy i tell you.

to the op even if its a real one i wouldnt pay more than $75 for that its beat to ****.

Any help from others with the Type X wing? Mine is legit (I can tell the difference) and was previously installed on my old hatch which was a little rusty and is now replaced with a rust free one. The old one didn't quite seem to have a clean looking seal when it was bolted down and I'm wondering if it was where the old bolt holes were... The very back edge of the supports was about 1/2 inch away from the edge of the hatch. Does it need to be totally flush with the back edge to fit perfectly?Anyone have pictures they can share of theirs to show me where it needs to be mounted for a show-quality fitment?
