Hey guys, I'm looking to buy this window from NIAvert on this board but I wanted to make sure the guides were not damaged in any way. Here are the pics he sent me.

Definitely take it. Main guide is still good. Other 2 small guides are broken, but you can fabricate something and insert. Consider yourself lucky.

I'm not really good at fabrication lol. Would the window work if I don't try and fab anything up? And which one is the main guide?

Main guide is the top one in the first picture. If you don't fix the other two, you can move the quarter window left and right when it's up. Problem is quarter window will not get into the slot correctly and be pushed to front, so you will hear wind noise and stuff. Not a good idea for the lung run. I need passenger side one. Let me email him and ask.

That is the passenger side one that I am looking to buy from him. He should still have the drivers side.

I'm just trying to decide if a $100 bucks is worth it for a window that still has to be repaired.

Oops. Yes, it's a passenger side. Let me know if you don't want it. I'll take it.

Problem is I don't need whole assembly. I just need the bracket portion.

when i bought my vert the one widow would fall off the track so i improvised and went the the local junkyard...

find a infinity m30 convertible and take the rear widow out. the guides are slightly different but i modded them slightly and now it works great.

if you cut the slider in half just like they do on the door thread and pop it on it works great. and if it seems loose when you pop it on take the slider you modded off and wrap the metal post with electrical tape till you think its thick enough and pop the slider back on and it will be tight.

i hope this helps
