Is this what P0160 means?

I just got this code yesterday, P0160. Is the P0160 = Left bank, rear oxygen sensor? And I change it and that's that?

Did you ever change that sensor and get arid of the code. My 98 qx4 just threw that code today.

I had a downstream o2 code for the passenger side. Replacing the sensor worked for me. It think it was a low voltage code and a slow response code.
