is this what i need to fix the timing chain rattle

check your timing chain guide first. probably just a broken chain guide

the left one that holds the chain from the cam shaft is real loose. how do you know you bent your valves

Learn from my mistakes. Put Loc-tight on the chain guide bolts. If it comes loose it can be real bad.

And thats about what they cost around here.
