is this turbo worth it?

I wanna turbo my KA the cheap way. I got this turbo off of a Dodge Conquest...TD05-12A 320cfm Compared to a TD05-14B 460cfm (estimated). Some people told me it wuzn't worth the time and effort. I'm only lookin for around 220 or so hp. Wuts the max hp this turbo can give out?? If its worth it...would any exhaust manifold for the TD05 work? Thanx

you can probably find a ford t3 as cheap or cheaper. the conquest turbo is tiny.
