I just found this truck and the guy want $300. I am just getting into Datsun's and i don't know to much about them yet, so i am unsure of the value. The cab floor is rusted threw, there is no engine and the back is pretty banged up.

thanks for the advice Spencer

In short.....yes, it's worth that, but I sure hope you've got some skills in vehicle repair/restoration or it's going to cost you a mint to have a shop fix it!!

The NL model is really rare which is the biggest reason it's worth that.  If you don't have the skills, abilities or tools, you may want to consider spending 3-4K and get one that's pretty much done.  Prices seem to be going up though.

I hate to see NL's get turned into parts rigs, but that would be better than it going to the crusher.

Mine was $500 and in nicer shape, but you take what you can get when it comes to NL's :)

SAVE THAT PUPPY!!! If nothing else, buy a good tarp and wait, the trim, fenders etc will bring you more that you paid. But if you can, fix it up and drive it. There were only 1000 made so it is a labor of love to get it running. Ken

I am officially jealous...:D

Even though you say parts are rotted out...I would buy it. If you don't want it...I do.
