Is this the right hose on my 94 Ford Explorer to add SeaFoam to?

and does anybody know if it distributes evenly to all cylinders?

You can certainly use that one, yes. Remember, small sips. I'd insert a smaller hose from that one to the bottle, and let it "slurp" small sips, like a straw.
