Is this the death wobble?

My 2001 pathfinder has well over 130,000 miles on it now and i am noticing a wobble when i hit a bump on a road or on the highway almost as if your tires are out of balance and loose like not properly connected to the hub or something, then it settles. IT doesn't do it on smooth pavement. Just replaced/repacked the front bearings because they were kind of loose and replaced the stabilizer links and i thought that would correct the problem but it didn't. Could it be the ball joints?
