is this the connector for diagnose scan tool?

i saw a connector inside the fuse box next to the clutch pedal inside the car....91 fastback....is this it? because i have a otc 4000e scan tool with all the adapters but none of them seem to fit...if anyone can help ill appreaciate it....

Is the scanner OBDI? If so, then you probably don't have the import adapters that are usually sold as an add-on option.
