The AC WAS the Cobra.

It started life as an AC Ace roadster but got some good Ford power.

I'd wager it's either a collosal piece of s*** or a typo.

When it comes to Cobra kits, Factory five or Superformance are the way to go.

EDIT: ok, the Ace led to AC building the Cobra....
