If I priced it correctly, I think KBB is 24.5k. Any input?

Looks like a low price for your area.
However, I would pay a little more for one with less mileage.
Would want to see a carfax, they don't show one on their autotrader listing either......
Also, some of the 2007 models have a touchy gas pedal....fixed with the 2008.
However, I test drove a 2007 model recently here where the pedal felt fine.
(I've driven other 2007's that didn't).
So, you might want to try a few. Might want to try a 2008 just to see what you are shooting for as far as pedal feel.... my .02
