Well, it looks like your whole window assembly is up. You can remove the interior panel, loose 3 nuts that hold quarter window assembly and align it or there are 2 small tiny bolts for fine adjustment. You have to us hex driver(?) to turn those. Roll the quarter window down and up and look at inside to examine it, and you will know what I'm talking about. It might help if you remove interior panel. I wonder if previous owner was messing around with quarter window. Anyway, it's an easy fix.

It's easy to tell. If you remove interior panel, you will see 3 nuts holding window assembly. If there's some scratches on the nuts, yeah, they have been removed once. They spray painted black there. If that's the case, roll quarter window all the way up, loosen the nuts and align the window. After that you can fine tune it with thoese hex bolts.

I don't see any reason besides that because your quarter window goes up higher than window on the door. That's very unusual. I don't think broken guides will cause that. Anyway, I recommend you to remove back seats, remove interior panel and take a look at it. It's your car and you better used to it...

It may be that your door is a little low, mine is off by almost 1/2 an inch. The previous owner must have had used it to stand up. Its hard to tell from the pic if its the door but they do sag with age and lazyness.

I know what you're talking about, but I doubt it. In the third picture, weather strip on the door lines up with quarter panel upper molding. Besides, door window lines up perfect with A-Pillar.

it looks in the third pic the door IS sagging jus not as much as the window difference...you could also put the top up and make sure the driver window is parralel with the top
