is this not more then a paint chip

So i bought a bumper off a fellow member. he said it only had some paint chipping off it and in the pic i could see some of em. he said there was no damage to it just paint chips but when it got here i found this.



and this which he said wasn't there when shipped but beside it you can see what to me looks like some kind of filler.



i knew it would need painting again but like he said no damage. he said i should of payed for insurance but when i payed to have it shipped i thought i did. we made a deal 300 shipped i didn't know insurance wasn't part of the deal. now where did i go wrong with that?

Now remember he said no damage to it when a few of the bolt holes were toren(sp) somenot to deep but past the paint scratches. that just be anal bout it after he called me a idiot and said he's a body man and it's a easy fix. that part of fixing it i didn't pay for or this next pic. from the front i told him it looked bashed in like a truck hitch hit it. i didn't even look at the back of it yet till he said nothing has hit it but now how does this happen.



Now i feel bad that a body man said no damages to it only paint chips, your being anal and 240 owner are a hassel when it comes to shipping.

Fu dude if you would of showed the close up pics and been truthful in the beginning you would still have this. i would still have 300 more bucks in the bank.

now here i one example of a paint chip imo.
