Is this kind of info valuable? Not really useful?

I wanted to make this info for other models out there, but before putting any time into it, I was curious if anyone found value in this type of info.

I am specifically referring to the info on fuses, relays etc.

I mainly did this other one for myself, since I am in the minority that likes to stay with OEM wheels:

Just want to point out the fuse information is incorrect for the 03-04 M45. I found out the hard way that the blower motor relay is in a fuse block on the passenger side kick panel.

But I do want to say this information is extremely helpful

That's 2 votes; thanks guys.

Gene, thanks for highlighting that. In my defence though, the title does state 2006+ :rotfl . If I'd gotten a sense of interest in the Y50 one (with as many owners as there are), I would have done the Y34 one as well.

Ed, I have bumped into numerous threads and some youtube clips by you. Your contributions to the M community are immensely appreciated! The FSMs are great (but gone) and the knowledge base for the M's is very small compared to other vehicles (such as the BMW community) but know that you are appreciated.

Fortunately my M35X has been very reliable these past 26k miles and I dont need to use the information. (now my prop shaft will let go on my drive home tonight)

I agree. Ed has been unbelievably generous and his videos and posts have helped countless members, I'm sure. Any additional details or specs that you can provide for us is MOST appreciated. Regarding fuses and wheels, I often see members with questions about what wheel fits, which fuse to check, etc. I changed my stock 18in wheels to a new factory set from a Q50 whose owner was upgrading days after he bought the car. Luckily I was able to find the wheel info and confirm they will fit on my car.
Thanks Ed, for all you do !

Thanks for the kind words, guys.

Picoman, take a moment to look for the FSMs once again. You just might be surprised when you type "M35 FSM into Google".
