I have a Blackstone intercooler from an OEM car, probably Volvo or Saab. It's 17" high, 33" wide at the top and 29" at the bottom. Do you guys think this would be too big for the S13? The core itself is 27" wide, would it be expensive to make new custom end-tanks? I measured the distance between the headlights, that's around 30", so i was thinking to mount the IC upside down, it looks like it would fit that way, but i have to remove the bumper to make sure, i just need some opinions.

the supra core is a good one. i went with a MX6 core...couldnt beat the price. the NPR is a nice one too but rarely go for under 200.

An Atlanta guy is running a Volvo intercooler in his turbo 240. They are very thin, but with a huge surface area. He managed to wedge it between the AC condensor and the radiator.Personally, I would think about getting a different "budget" intercooler. The volvo/saab ones just aren't efficient, and very unwieldly.Starion, Supra, or NPR...NPR being the least efficient of the three. Here you go, my present to you.
