is this exhaust legit?

I came across this ad on craigslist. I'm just wondering if I should take this deal or should I be somewhat skeptical? Only reason I ask is because the price seems too low even for a "genuine" hks cat-back w/ 1000 mi. so I think something is up..

well i wanted to get an outside opinion before I called... it's called a "hi-flow" but I've never heard of a "hi-flow exhaust" from hks, they dont have any thing by that name on their website...
