I've searched and found lots of info for the S13 Sr20det, but not the S14 sr20det. Just checking to see if this is the best way to install the can.

I thought that the S14 valve cover was better designed to handle the blow by issue...

Well...my intake pipe is dirty as heck from oil.

I just want to make sure that this is the right way to set up the can.

Does the stock hose there not have a catch can?
SR20s came with a catch can from the factory, but one of the hoses from the valve cover didn't have a catch can.

If that's the hose that didn't come with the catch can, I would guess that it'd be helpful to have a catch can there.

Btw, if you have any future SR20 questions, we have a SR20 forum. Just fyi.

There is no factory can there. It's just a hose that comes out of the valve cover and goes straight to the intake.

OP, I've seen a lot of people run their catch can like that on S14 & S15 SR's
